SnackHub manages the service from start to finish. We handle stocking, routine maintenance, servicing and repairs, so there is minimal involvement required from your organisation.
How often is the machine restocked?
Restocking is based on sales and machine usage. Our machines are monitored remotely, allowing us to manage stock levels and replenish products when required.
Do you offer contactless and cashless payments?
Yes. Our machines support contactless card and mobile payments, providing a quick and convenient purchasing experience.
How quickly can a machine be installed, and do I need a contract?
Installation is arranged following an assessment and agreement with your organisation. Once the machine is delivered and positioned, we allow approximately two hours for it to settle before switching it on. We offer flexible and long-term arrangements, with terms agreed on a case-by-case basis.
What happens if the machine isn't performing well?
We work closely with the organisation to understand why sales may be low and identify ways to improve performance, including reviewing the product selection. If the arrangement is still not working, we can agree to remove the machine with two months’ notice, subject to the agreed terms.
